Rotary Park Pool To Open May 26

   Summer is fast approaching and Lawrenceburg Parks and Recreation Director Beth Campbell has announced the schedule for the City of Lawrenceburg’s swimming facilities.

   Rotary Park Swimming Pool will open for business at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 26. The pool will be open each Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday throughout the summer between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Sundays swimming will be permitted between the hours of 1:00 and 5:00 p.m. The pool will be closed each Wednesdays.

   Daily admission prices will be $3.50, with youngsters age 3 and under admitted free. Campbell points out that all swimmers under the age of ten must be accompanied by an adult.

   Season passes are now available at a cost of $50.00 for individuals and $125.00 for families. Passes are currently available at the Parks and Recreation Offices, situated inside Rotary Park.

   Pool rentals will be available after hours throughout the summer. The rental fee is $60 per hour. Those interested should be aware that payment is required at the time reservations are made. No reservations will be taken by telephone.
